How to throw a dinner party: a how-to from yours truly. Keep it simple. Prepare your go-to dinner dishes that require minimal effort, but are sure to impress. Mine are roast chicken served alongside Castelvetrano olive linguini with bread crumbs, miso Brussel’s sprouts, and blood orange salad — sounds fancy, huh? For dessert, rely on dark chocolate, fresh citrus fruit, and cheese. Let the wine flow freely. Light candles. Keep the background music low for intimate conversation, and keep the guest list to four or five max. This is my recipe for a night well spent.
After Party came from just that — a love for gathering, eating well, and unwinding with good dialogue until sunrise. Our limited-edition print is available now at Shop The Bleu. We picture it hanging in your bedroom, kitchen, or bathroom and inspiring your next get together. Cheers!
