Traveling for work requires a skincare and makeup regimen all its own. And, we should know. Our off duty ladies have spilled many an in-flight beauty secret and we’ve been all ears. Couple travel with heading up four illustrious brands housed in over 150 retail locations into the mix, and nearly all of us would require a bonafide glam squad on hourly retainer to apply mascara in our sleep. Somehow Martine Ho (read more on said brands, retail locations, and this leveled-up Creative Director here) manages to stay pressed, polished, and powdered all while keeping up with her demanding schedule. So, how does she do it? This week’s Skin Milk takes a deep dive into Ho’s medicine cabinet to uncover all of her favorite products, tips, and tricks. Bonus: it’s filled with a ton of high-low variety, a few familiar brands we turn to on the reg, and an insider’s guide on which Sunnies Face products you should add to your cart first when the line lands stateside.
Tell us a bit about your morning routine: “Wake up. Phone call to my husband if we’re not in the same country. Some brekky. A few emails. A quickie home gym sesh. Then tons of meetings and office time at Sunnies HQ. Dinner with my family (we are all walking distance from each other). Then, I normally end the night with home massage service and facetiming with the hubby.”
Tell us a bit about your skincare routine: “I normally start with a cleanser (either St. Ive’s Apricot Scrub or Tata Harper Regenerating Cleanser). I get a lot of facials and laser treatments. Then, use Glossier Milky Jelly Cleanser to remove any eye makeup. I end with Bioderma Micellar Water. I usually end the routine with Drunk Elephant Protini or the Virgin Marula Facial Oil. I’ve also been using Clark’s Botanicals Anti-Puff Eye Cream, which has been awesome. I also get Clear + Brilliant laser treatments for resurfacing skin for extra smoothness.”

Topped off with Sunnies Face Lifebrow grooming gel. Then L’Oreal Lash Paradise and a quick lash curl.
